For shipping within the Netherlands we use DHL. If you place your order on weekdays before 12am, it will be shipped the same day and you can expect delivery the next working day.

For shipments within Europe we use DHL, you can expect your parcel to be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.

Outside the EU we ship with UPS and you can expect to receive your parcel within 2 to 5 working days. Please note that these delivery estimates do not include time needed for customs clearance in your country.

All parcels shipped by the Van Gogh Museum Shop include track & trace and need to be signed for upon delivery. 

Please note that our custom prints and canvases have a longer lead time, they take 3 working days to prepare.

How much is the delivery charge?

  • Shipping within the Netherlands is  5,50 and free on orders over € 35.
  • Shipping within the EU is € 9,50 and free on orders over € 75.
  • Shipping outside the EU is € 15 and free on orders over € 125. Shipments to countries outside the EU may be charged with import duty or other additional taxes. Charges vary depending on your customs authority and will be the responsibility of the consignee.

Can I track my order?

All parcels are shipped using track & trace and a signature is required for every delivery.

What's a track & trace code?

When your package has left for shipping, you will receive a track and trace code by mail so you can follow your order. Haven't received a track and trace code? Please alert us to request your track & trace code.

I haven't received my parcel yet, what can I do?

If you haven't received your parcel in the estimated delivery time, you can contact our customerservice by filling out this form.

Which countries does the Van Gogh Museum deliver to?

We ship worldwide. Due to shipping restrictions we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Does the Van Gogh Museum deliver to PO boxes?

Due to shipping restrictions we are unable to ship to post office boxes. A signature is required for every delivery.

What happens if no one is present to receive the delivery?

The courier will try to deliver your package two times. After the second attempt, the courier will leave your parcel at the nearest pick-up point. Your package will be held there for a period of 7 days.
