How long will it take for my parcel to arrive now it’s almost Christmas?
Your parcel may be delayed when you order later than the first week of December. Until then, please note the Maximum Delivery times that are indicated on this page (see below).

Which postal company handles my parcel?
Your order is sent to you by priority mail. Delivery is therefore carried out by your national postal service. If you are not at home when the postal worker delivers the parcel to your door you may collect it within the allotted time (usually 14 days) from your local post office. Express deliveries are handled by Fedex and DHL.
Japanese customers may choose to have their parcels delivered by Yamato.

Which delivery option would you prefer?
Parcel Plus:

- Quick parcel service, only in the Netherlands

- Delivery time is a maximum of 7 weekdays

- Track & trace available on request

Priority Mail:

- Parcel service for all destinations except the Netherlands

- Your parcel is delivered within 20 weekdays. For the US a maximum delivery time of 25 days may therefore be expected.

- No track & trace service

Registered Mail:

- In addition to priority mail, it is possible to send a parcel by registered mail, which requires   a signature upon receipt.

- All destinations outside the Netherlands

- Delivery time is a maximum of 20 weekdays

- Track & trace is available on request

Expresse Mail

- For parcels that have to be delivered quickly, anywhere in the world.

- All destinations outside the Netherlands

- Delivery time is a maximum of 7 weekdays

- Track & trace is available on request

Yamato

- Express service, only to Japan

- Delivery time is a maximum of 7 weekdays 

- Track & trace is available on request

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
This table shows the average delivery times for parcels. The time starts from the moment you receive confirmation that your parcel has been sent. Delays may of course occur at any time during delivery, so we offer a maximum delivery time. If your order has not arrived by the end of this maximum delivery time please let us know. How much postage do I pay?
The postage that we charge depends on the destination region and the weight of the parcel. The method of delivery determines the eventual cost. See the following table. Prices are in euros.

Note! Parcel contents
Parcel weight
To find out your order’s weight category add the weights of the products it contains and for a standard parcel package 170 grams, a poster tube 340 grams, or a canvas parcel (for a large canvas) 725 grams.

Posters and other products
Posters and umbrellas are not sent together with other products in the same parcel. Combination orders including a book and a poster, for example, are therefore sent in two parcels. These may arrive on different days. Postage is charged for two separate parcels. This applies also to large canvas reproductions; postage for each large canvas is equivalent to the cost of a parcel weighing between 1 to 2 kilograms. See the above table.

More than 5 kilograms
If the order weighs more than 5 kilograms, a second parcel is made up. Postage for the second parcel is charged separately.

Posters
A maximum of five posters may be sent per tube. This is to prevent damage to the reproductions.
